My name is Pro and I am a  Consultant for development o f Japanese restaurant and also an executive chef in this area. I am in France at moment helping people with their business plans and implementing systems for their restaurants. One of my works here in France is the new Japanese restaurant sushi. It is up and running for about 3 years now and it’s a marvellous business. Investors are happy and employees also.
